Thank You Jagadish for your Inquiry. If you want to walk on foot, you should take a bus from Kathmandu (Gonganbu MaChha Pokhari, Near the new bus park) to Khahare Dhading. It take about 5 hours to get Khahare. And staying there over night, you will start your trekking to GangaJamuna from Khahare-Tilahar-Belung-Kalleri-Sukabhanjyang-Ganga Jamuna root. It will take about 6/7 hours to Get Ganga Jamuna. If you take a bus direct to Ganga Jamuna, You will take a bus from the same place in Kathmandu to Phulkharka. The travell will be about 8 hours to Phulkharka. And You will be luck to see the evening scenic view of the surroundings of Ganga Jamuna as well as beautiful Sun set. You will stay in Phulkharka. The next morning, You will view the Sun rise from Phulkharka and after break fast, you will enjoy the trekking to Ganga Jamuna walking to the west about one hour.

+Jagdish Ray : Kathmandu-Salyantar bus travel 6 to 7 hours depending on the graveled road condition and the weather. Salyantar to Ganga Jamuna trek by foot is 4 to 5 hours.
