SIMPLIFIED Chorba - Vegetable broth soup

Hello,
I wanted during this period to facilitate certain recipes including this one. It's an easy recipe to make. This traditional dish is mainly eaten for the month of Ramadan but for my part I eat it all year round.
Here are the ingredients
Veal
2 onions
1 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
140 gr of concentrated tomato
2 small tomatoes
3 medium carrots
2 or 3 celery stalks
1 CC of raz el hanout
1/2 zucchini
1 medium potato
Boiling water
2 handfuls of vermicelli
