Friendly Tip: For those who doesn't have the "Remote Panel" option under admin despite having the printer under maintenance mode, you should try directly connecting your laptop to the printer via the cord provided with the printer (USB-A to USB type), then restart the whole process. If that doesn't work, try downloading the 32-bit Software version, restart the whole process with the cord still connected.
