I have seen all the things about corporate John Deere laying off some employees and opening up a factory in Mexico. Unfortunately, theres nothing I can do about that. I still think John Deere tractors are really cool, and I have a lot of money invested in them on my own farm. This video is for fun, and to showcase how much I like big equipment, and hopefully show you something new.
So unfortunate that you have to write this! So many judges out there that have absolutely no clue about anything of the fact other than what they read. I am curious how your last statement made you feel, “100% automated taking even farm hands jobs”?!?! I’m sure if our Grandparents were still here and seen the auto steer and technology we have now they wouldn’t be able to believe it.🇺🇸🙏
It’s too bad you farmers can’t recognize the fact you are under attack and you need to start seeing that and talking about it. Sad to say it you do you will lose your RUclips channel.
Maybe the U.S. government will come up with a financial plan to help Jon Deere stay in America, they bailed out most car manufacturers during President Obama’s years.
Hello Laura from Texas. Really enjoyed your video. I’m 80 years old. All the new equipment absolutely blows my mind. It is so incredible. Back in my day we had the John Deere called the popping Johnny. We have come from that to a tractor you drive from your phone. Technology is so incredible. Thank you for sharing and giving us a glimpse into the world of farming today. Tell Grant howdy. Love you guys ❤️
We love your channel. We have been working together 50+ years celebrating our 51st next week. You and Grant work well together and are great role models for the youth of today. Thank you!
I am amazed by how technology has changed farming... and tractors... and especially construction equipment! It is truly remarkable... until it breaks. And then it takes a specialized [JD] software technician to fix it (and it could just be a sensor malfunction). The days of a truly skilled industrial operator [grader, excavator] are numbered -- now you have to master the technology, not the machine itself. Thanks for an enlightening video!
Laura, you precious girl thank you for the joy that you bring to the Internet every day. You are truly loved by your viewers. I’m not sure how much you realize that but you truly are you sweet, precious girl.
GREAT VIDEO! This is the best video where the editing, narration, and technical information was so smooth, professional, and natural! John Deere needs to hire you as their production line sales supermodel! It is so cool to see Laura and Grant's growth and professionalism in putting these highly polished videos out for us! Thanks so much guys for sharing yiur wonderful life with us!❤❤❤❤❤ (5 Hearts = highest rating!)
Your video not only showcases your determination and skill in handling agricultural machinery but also highlights the endurance required for such a challenge. By sharing this experience, you've not only entertained viewers but also demonstrated the importance of efficiency and expertise in farming operations. Your dedication to showcasing agricultural practices with enthusiasm and expertise is truly commendable. And I am Floating Village Life.
Your ability to explain things, like how to operate heavy equipment, is amazing. You get instructions on operating an excavator and turn around and give a 30 seconds to know how to operate an excavator. You were concise and very clear. Great job.
Thank you Laura. Especially for the video of you Grant & your friend cultivateing your sweet corn with your JD 4020. Again I am 75 & my tractor is a JD 3020 in the 1965 - 1968 years. I very much enjoy your videos.
Happy 4th of July 2024, Laura & family. Thank you for sharing your wonderful life with us. We always check your RUclips channel everyday. Appreciate you . We own a J.D. X370 lawn tractor. It is the cheapest J.D. with power steering. Our yard is just half acre. The X370 is more mower than we need, but I love it. I think of you & Grant every time I turn the key to start it. 12 hours used so far.
That was a fun video to watch. I used more of the construction machines, than your farming ones. Not even as much as you shown. But they're fun to run. The technology now days is crazy. Thanks for sharing Laura! 😃
That was a lot of fun for us as well as yourself. 24 John Deere vehicles was a lot but you drove them all. COOL! Thank you for doing this and sharing it with us.
You do an amazing job of showcasing some of the newest equipment and features that are available in the agricultural industry. I believe John Deere is a leader in innovative technologies for agriculture. Thank you for taking us along. It was interesting and fun to see you running all the different types of equipment available to you!! Keep up the good work.
Laura, you were having so much fun, to say you were in your element is an understatement. Your smile would light up any room. Love to you both from Mike. ❤❤
Laura, Great content and teamwork . I love Pepper. You mentioned you wanted to watch small farmers you tubes. I think you may enjoy Lamb Farms channel.. Excellent old tractor and equipment farming featuring a nice very talkative young man in beautiful east Tenn. On one vid he is using a late 60,s (English made ) David Brown 990, 4 cyl diesel , 52 Hp to bale small square bales for example. I was raised on a 150 acre dairy farm in western Maryland and learned to drive at age 8 on a 1958 Ford 801 select O speed transmission. Dad then bought two new 1966 David Browns, a 990 and a 770 A Selectamatic, 3 cyl. diesel, 12 speed, 36 Hp. for me. This extremely rare tractor is probably the only non restored factory origional 770 in the USA with only 1750 hours. When i left the farm in 1970 , dad sold the farm and it went in his garage until his passing in 2003. It then went in my garage where it is now. After 59 years it starts and operates like new, and it looks like the David Brown dealer just dropped it off brand new yesterday.
Fun video! It's nice to see the new equipment. I wouldn't get to see this anywhere else. I really enjoy these videos and the passion shown for farming. I'm the first of sixth generations not to grow up on a farm. But I did have a irrigation company for 25 years. 😊
Hi Laura and Grant. Laura your Dad would enjoy the silage machine and all the construction machines along with Grant. I bet he had a big smile the whole time. Enjoyed this video. The Tool show on RUclips had all the new Milwaukee tools on their pipeline show. Lots of cool tools coming and out now.

Hi Sunshine! I always feel a little better when I see your sparkling eyes and beautiful smile. I loved watching your excitement from piece to piece and laughed out loud with "I think I can see home from here" 🤪 Your day reminded me of going to the World Ag Expo at the International Agri-Center grounds in Tulare, located here in the Central Valley. I used to go every year and drove everything I could also; but never hit 24 different ones. This was fun going along and seeing all the equipment and technology. Thanks for your hospitality Laura. You and Grant have a great week. Larry, Central Valley, Ca.

Very much liked this video. Us farmers used to be able to drive tractors at the Farm Progress Show years ago. Also, when I started farming my wife and I used to get to drive new tractors, usually pulling a tillage implement, at local farm-equipment, dealer, field demonstrations. In my case the tractors were also red/International Harvester and' later, Case-IH. Love the chrome straight pipe; and I always put one on my red tractors. In addition to getting to farm, vicariously, through you, I really like you bringing your viewers along on a John Deere demonstration.

Those tines on cotton pickers are called spindles. Old timers like my dad never wore rings or necklaces around those spindles as they have maimed numerous farmers and farm workers through the years. A second cousin of my dad's lost his ring finger, and was used as our family's safety example as was a great uncle's loose shirt that got caught in a spinning pto. Luckily, it tore off.
Wow, the sacrifices you make to show us as much as you can! It was so kind of you to suffer through driving all these machines just to show us; I am sure you hated every minute of it. ;) LOL
Looking at some people that have had drone sprayer demos youtube, that may be the future route for spraying, as it is about $300,000 LESS expensive than a ground sprayer rig, and doesn't drive over crops.
The two track machine just looks weird the way the front hangs out over the rest of it. Some pretty big machines. I was able to run my friend's smaller excavator for a little bit it definitely takes some getting used too. He has a skid steer as well, that was great, my wife was able to drive it too, she had fun.
WOW this video clicked all my buttons. A very pretty Nebraska farm girl, nice to look at and listen to, tight Levi's and a cut-off top, tractors, excavators, sprayers, etc.. .It hit them all!! Best part..its got to be the Levis!!
Nice video Grant and Laura!! I'm not a farmer but thoroughly enjoyed your presentation (as all of your videos) Kinda sick to see some of the comments here. Laura's a happily married woman entirely dedicated to her man!! Get over yourselves. Thanks for all you 2 do to enlighten the rest of us. Cheers from Arizona! PS. My only critique of your fashion is the lack of safety glasses and gloves on a daily basis! Protect those eyes!! Protect your hands!! Thanks again for your channel!!
The latest green machines are quite clever, JD gave you a good dayout, they must have gotten concerned when you showed enthusiasm towards that RED beast a few episodes ago 😊
Great video, need more of these, or you could come out to Oregon, and I'll show you a plethora of Ag Businesses here in the Willamette Valley. Laura: I'm going to run this excavator now, something that I've never done before. John Deere Spokesperson: Little does she know; she's actually excavating for our new factory. Should we tell her? John Deere: No, let her have her fun. We'll bring her back when the factory is up and running.

Hello Laura. Such a different question 😅 what mascara do you use? Your lashes are amazing 😮😊
The latest green machines are quite clever, JD gave you a good dayout, they must have gotten concerned when you showed enthusiasm towards that RED beast a few episodes ago 😊
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO Laura ❤😊
Do you use round up ready corn products, what do you think of them? Can you educate the public on this?
That is lots of ladders to climb for us. Thank you
Great video, need more of these, or you could come out to Oregon, and I'll show you a plethora of Ag Businesses here in the Willamette Valley.
Laura: I'm going to run this excavator now, something that I've never done before.
John Deere Spokesperson: Little does she know; she's actually excavating for our new factory. Should we tell her?
John Deere: No, let her have her fun. We'll bring her back when the factory is up and running.
Don't like John Deere moving to Mexico, but i love you and videos lots of love from pa ❤❤❤
