You should put fcs teams on easy, because even bad fbs teams usually blow them out, and then for fbs teams u should play on hard unless there ranked 20 or higher then they should be extreme. Makes it more realistic
Having to redo all the uniforms manually is a pain, especially since I like to have the helmets stand out from the jerseys. For white I make the jerseys #F1F1F1 and the helmets #FFFFFF. For black I make the jerseys #1A1A1A and the helmets #000000. Same goes for every team color so it's a lot of work. and I'm still mad there is no facemask color customization.
