I've seen others doing it, so I'll drop my top 10 here too, along with explanations! 10: Jay! He's a sweetheart, and just a funny guy. 9: Scales! I don't know why I just love him he's so funny to me. 8: Ray, Kai's Dad! He seems chill, and he's absolutely a great dad. Plus he's the cool dad you can play video games with, always a plus. 7: Kai. He's an idiot and the team big brother. He makes fun of everyone but as soon as push comes to shove he's ready to take names. I love him dearly. 6: Cole! Very close to Kai on this one, but I love how even though he's the group tough guy he's also just a big softie and unafraid to show it. 5: Cyrus Borg. The legend! He's amazing, and also does as much as he can to help the Ninja, as limited as it may be. Plus he's a truly kind soul, never treating any of his sentient inventions like their lifeless machines, which is a nice contrast to Unagami's creator. 4: Lloyd! Love the green ninja! I love that he's simultaneously the leader of the group while also being one of the more immature ones. He stepped up to his role greatly, and I love how no matter what character he's paired up with he has a great dynamic with all of them! 3: Sensei Garmadon. Like Sensei Garmadon specifically. He was funny, he was witty, and despite the fact that he was very much against violence he was still ready to throw hands. He was just a great guy, and it was great seeing him in love and spending time with his son. He was missed dearly. 2: Pixal! I find her so amazing! She started off completely robotic, and we got to watch her personality develop. She has a good heart, but she's also self-sufficient and technologically amazing. She cares for everyone around her, even when they've annoyed her to death. I just don't think the series would be the same without her. 1: Zane! From his introduction where he was the odd one out, to his development of learning to love himself for who he is and embracing the fact that he's a Nindroid, to him being ready and willing to sacrifice himself to protect those who can't protect themselves, Zane is shown to be sweet and caring, and even if he doesn't understand he always makes the best attempt to relate. Throughout the entire series Zane always held number one in my heart, because despite the fact that he's odd and doesn't fit in, he's so thoroughly human that he's the most relatable to me. Plus, he makes the funniest comments in this entire show. Annnnd that's it! Honorable mentions to Okino and Akita, wish we got to see more of them.

When Kirby Morrow died (voice actor of Cole) I cried like a baby for at least two days. I like Cole and for that reason I hate Yang and King Vangelis. I am still getting emotional from time to time about Cole's voice actor, I love Cole so much that I don't even want him to get even a scratch. He is just so precious. But Garmdom IS the best character with the development and I love his humor.

My top 10 Ninjago characters: 1) Garmadon- He is always great. I liked each and every form of his 2) Harumi- She is great in the Oni Trilogy and good in Crystalized though her confused state of mind should have been shown more 3) Lloyd- He is my favourite ninja since season 8 and that hasn't changed yet 4) Cole- He is one of the most grounded characters out there and his development and the Oni Trilogy and afterwards was great 5) Master Wu- Wu used to be boring from Pilots to Season 6 but after season 7, he became a lot more likeable 6) Pixal- She was boring in season 3 and was bad until season 7. After her reveal to be the new Samurai X, she got a lot better 7) Kai- He was great in the Pre Oni Trilogy era. He had his moments during and after the Oni Trilogy era 8) Zane- Same as Kai but he lacks character development 9) Nya- She had the most changes aside from Lloyd but Crystalized kind of ruined Nya, otherwise she is great character 10) Jay- I liked Jay in season 6 and he had his moments after season 6 but he severely lacks character development in the recent seasons

Ok imma do that ‘trend’ too: 1. Zane. I would say I’m just a fangirl, but it’s more than that: He had wonderful character development, nice humor, and a Kind Heart. Also, I think people underestimate his Power. He is physically stronger than Most of his teammates, and despite being a nindroid, he never let anything get in his way to help others, and When people say “he committed mass genocide in season 11” it again just shows how powerful he really is! He even defeated himself by remembering his friends and Pixal. 2. Cole. Cole is literally a king. I’ve always had him in spot 2, because of his humor and caring soul. I think he is just hilarious and has one of the best writings in Ninjago. 3. Harumi. Harumi is extremely complicated to me, which makes her so interesting. She felt so sorry in season 9, and I almost cried at her backstory. I usually don’t like the whole “villain because of trauma”-thing, bc there should be more pure villains. But in Ninjago, I think she is one of the best side characters and villains with a great redemption arc. 4. Kai. He is so underrated. Like, he really should have gotten wayyyy more attention in the series. When I saw the Ninjago pilot, I first thought he was the main character, but after Lloyd appeared, he had to ‘get over’ the fact he would never be the green ninja, and that’s one of the reasons I hate Lloyd. He gets a lot attention (which is understandable, considering his role), but I feel like he doesn’t deserve that much bc he would never get that far without his friends, and Kai had to learn this the hard way. Great fire ninja with great matching Charakter. 5. Dareth. He is a chad: he helps the ninja wherever he can, and honestly I feel like he is kinda a simp for every single one of them. Wonderful bro. 6. Pixal. I love her a lot! She has by far the BEST character development after Nya, and is just so loveable with her slaying attitude, determination and annoyance towards her friends and Zane. Also, I think my favorite couple in the show would be Pixal and Zane. There is so much chemistry between them, and season 11 and Crystallized have proven it all: they are meant to be (and not only because they are both robots) 7. Nya. She is so great. Beautiful character-development, a great girl with so much power and determination. She should have gotten way more attention in Crystallized, they sort of deleted her whole personality. She went from ‘Kai’s sister’ to the main characters, and she really really really deserves it! 8. Garmadon. The best villain ever. He is such a great guy with some really nice plots and developments. I also really loved the ending scene of ‘Roots’ (the last episode of crystallized). He isn’t the best father, but he also isn’t pure evil and I love that they took their time in some seasons before making him officially one of the good guys. That should never be rushed, and Ninjago really did a great Job with his writing, considering his existent role in Ninjago, whether he’s good or bad. 9. Scales. Don’t ask why, I simped so hard for him when I was six. He’s by far the best Serpent general ever. Love his little family and his cute betterment arc. 10. Jay. I am so incredibly sorry Jay. You got so bad from season 8. You didn’t deserve this. He was so underrated, funny, cute, and strong.. but now?? Tf happened to him?! That’s literally just waisted potential. But actually I just love this show. Ninjago is my Childhood and I’ll always love it ❤

Nya has a different way of expressing love and affection than Jay. But Nya seems to be act of service and not words of affection like Jay is . Jay was always been more showy with his affection than Nya is but that doesn’t mean Nya doesn’t love him just as much

Pythor P. Chumsworth is so goated he stole the flute. And he still has it to this day. Since that was the last one he can sell it for billions. But after him, it’s probably clancee. He’s very cool because he is a hybrid.
Cole is my favorite ninja, too. And my favorite Ninjago character. Cole is my favorite fictional character of all time, actually. I've loved him ever since I was little. It's like you said, he's so caring, but he's also brave and cool and a really good leader for the ninja. I, too, find him very relatable, because we both love food, we're both more of the caring leader type, we both like video games, and according to what Cyrus Borg said in season 5 that one time, we both kinda have the same music taste (I love Imagine Dragons and I feel like Cole would love them too lol). I may be biased because I have a crush on him (I'm crazy, I know), but I think he's the best Ninjago character ever.
Honestly? I have two; one is an protagonist, and one is an antagonist. The (now-)protagonist I see as being the best character is Garmadon. He started as what was perceived as a merciless, irredeemable being from another world, but it was a 2012 Ninjago comic that originally revealed (albeit vaguely) that the Overlord was behind it all- and, as the show reveals in Crystalized, "all that has happened was by [the Overlord's] design!" Garmadon never really had a choice in what he did or what happened to him before Rebooted, but sacrificed himself in Tournament in a final effort at a chance at redemption- and he helped the Ninja in March of the Oni, and Lloyd in Crystalized. My favorite antagonist is Morro. It was never really his fault for everything that happened to him; if anything, it was Wu's overconfidence that ended up driving Morro to the Cursed Realm, and going mad and seeking revenge. In Wu's words, "you are all my prized pupils, but it takes others to make us stronger," to which Morro says "you can only save those who want to be saved"- something that is both justified and realistic. Even when he came back in Day of the Departed, Morro saw the real intentions behind Master Yang's words, and instead chose to help the Ninja find Cole.
I'm so sorry Kai didn't get the attention he deserved. Although he is not my favorite character, I think he is the most important ninja after lloyd. Sorry Kai😟🔥
I don't blame you for season 4 being your favorite since it had the best plot best characters and had one of the saddest scenes in it's finale Chen was also by far a way better villain than most because of his humor and unpredictabilty when it came to his plans

Ok imma do that ‘trend’ too:
1. Zane. I would say I’m just a fangirl, but it’s more than that: He had wonderful character development, nice humor, and a Kind Heart. Also, I think people underestimate his Power. He is physically stronger than Most of his teammates, and despite being a nindroid, he never let anything get in his way to help others, and When people say “he committed mass genocide in season 11” it again just shows how powerful he really is! He even defeated himself by remembering his friends and Pixal.
2. Cole. Cole is literally a king. I’ve always had him in spot 2, because of his humor and caring soul. I think he is just hilarious and has one of the best writings in Ninjago.
3. Harumi. Harumi is extremely complicated to me, which makes her so interesting. She felt so sorry in season 9, and I almost cried at her backstory. I usually don’t like the whole “villain because of trauma”-thing, bc there should be more pure villains. But in Ninjago, I think she is one of the best side characters and villains with a great redemption arc.
4. Kai. He is so underrated. Like, he really should have gotten wayyyy more attention in the series. When I saw the Ninjago pilot, I first thought he was the main character, but after Lloyd appeared, he had to ‘get over’ the fact he would never be the green ninja, and that’s one of the reasons I hate Lloyd. He gets a lot attention (which is understandable, considering his role), but I feel like he doesn’t deserve that much bc he would never get that far without his friends, and Kai had to learn this the hard way. Great fire ninja with great matching Charakter.
5. Dareth. He is a chad: he helps the ninja wherever he can, and honestly I feel like he is kinda a simp for every single one of them. Wonderful bro.
6. Pixal. I love her a lot! She has by far the BEST character development after Nya, and is just so loveable with her slaying attitude, determination and annoyance towards her friends and Zane. Also, I think my favorite couple in the show would be Pixal and Zane. There is so much chemistry between them, and season 11 and Crystallized have proven it all: they are meant to be (and not only because they are both robots)
7. Nya. She is so great. Beautiful character-development, a great girl with so much power and determination. She should have gotten way more attention in Crystallized, they sort of deleted her whole personality. She went from ‘Kai’s sister’ to the main characters, and she really really really deserves it!
8. Garmadon. The best villain ever. He is such a great guy with some really nice plots and developments. I also really loved the ending scene of ‘Roots’ (the last episode of crystallized). He isn’t the best father, but he also isn’t pure evil and I love that they took their time in some seasons before making him officially one of the good guys. That should never be rushed, and Ninjago really did a great Job with his writing, considering his existent role in Ninjago, whether he’s good or bad.
9. Scales. Don’t ask why, I simped so hard for him when I was six. He’s by far the best Serpent general ever. Love his little family and his cute betterment arc.
10. Jay. I am so incredibly sorry Jay. You got so bad from season 8. You didn’t deserve this. He was so underrated, funny, cute, and strong.. but now?? Tf happened to him?! That’s literally just waisted potential.
But actually I just love this show. Ninjago is my Childhood and I’ll always love it ❤

Cole is my favorite ninja, too. And my favorite Ninjago character. Cole is my favorite fictional character of all time, actually. I've loved him ever since I was little. It's like you said, he's so caring, but he's also brave and cool and a really good leader for the ninja. I, too, find him very relatable, because we both love food, we're both more of the caring leader type, we both like video games, and according to what Cyrus Borg said in season 5 that one time, we both kinda have the same music taste (I love Imagine Dragons and I feel like Cole would love them too lol). I may be biased because I have a crush on him (I'm crazy, I know), but I think he's the best Ninjago character ever.
Honestly? I have two; one is an protagonist, and one is an antagonist.
The (now-)protagonist I see as being the best character is Garmadon. He started as what was perceived as a merciless, irredeemable being from another world, but it was a 2012 Ninjago comic that originally revealed (albeit vaguely) that the Overlord was behind it all- and, as the show reveals in Crystalized, "all that has happened was by [the Overlord's] design!" Garmadon never really had a choice in what he did or what happened to him before Rebooted, but sacrificed himself in Tournament in a final effort at a chance at redemption- and he helped the Ninja in March of the Oni, and Lloyd in Crystalized.
My favorite antagonist is Morro. It was never really his fault for everything that happened to him; if anything, it was Wu's overconfidence that ended up driving Morro to the Cursed Realm, and going mad and seeking revenge. In Wu's words, "you are all my prized pupils, but it takes others to make us stronger," to which Morro says "you can only save those who want to be saved"- something that is both justified and realistic. Even when he came back in Day of the Departed, Morro saw the real intentions behind Master Yang's words, and instead chose to help the Ninja find Cole.
Of the characters in here I like all of them but the overlord this my favorite the call is really good too call is a good character
