Do I have to place any type of batteries in this solar light after some time has passed? I do not know much about solar powered things and I am looking for something that does it have to place batteries of any type and I only am guessing that the sun charges it up during the day and I can use it at night and that is my only guess because I do not know much about solar and I do not know if I am thinking that this is right. So if I am gathering the information that someone has told me that solar energy comes from the sun and charges something up all throughout the day and then I can use that at night and I do not have to replace batteries of any type for many many years ahead That is what I am looking for. I am tired of using something that is supposed to be solar and I have to replace batteries. I am looking for something that I do not have to put batteries in it at all. If the person who is got this video explaining about this solar light can tell me if it takes batteries or if it doesn't or if anyone else reads this comment and will please like to share with me on what I can use for a light that will always stay charged by the sun during the day and using it all night with no batteries That is what I am looking for. Thank you so much for your time reading this long message.
Just assume they are exaggerating. I have a bicycle light that is 1500lm it's runtime is roughly 2-3 hours with 7000mAh batteries. This one claims to be 3x as bright with 3 times bigger battery and runtime is supposed to be nearly 10 times longer. That doesn't add up.
You clearly don’t know much about lights. The thing that “trips off” the light is called a photocell. What’s the temperature rating? How well does it work as you move North into colder and darker areas? Line voltage fixtures are always the way to go, when possible.
Thank you for your comment. The temp rating is 6000K. It is in the product listing. My reviews are not intended to regurgitate details you can read on the listing. I prefer the term photoresistor. That's a more accurate term, but it is probably unnecessary for this video. Line voltage fixtures have some cost disadvantages. I wouldn't say they are "always" the way to go.
wonderful reviews! We got full range of solar lighting products.
You do a lot of light reviews. Flashlights. Solar lights. Etc. I like seeing them all.
Hey Dixie

Hmm it honestly don’t look like 6k LM. Im sure it’s still good but 6k is a lot brighter than that.

@@Me-ks6eu where do you live so i have an idea of what the sun is live where you are
What is included with light
This video very helpful. How do you replace the bulb?
6000 lumens is the same output of 3 four foot fluorescent light bulbs so it's not a lot of light.
What is the price of the light?
I could send you as free, but just for sample
HOw long will one of these last in a hot environemnt like texas?
