      I didn’t even think about that but I absolutely address issues with my two kids way differently a lot of the time.

    Hey. Thank you for the content. I am new to teaching at school level, so having to handle constant moving disruptions is new to me. I used your send out and address starting with 'I want to see you win' with some success. Thanks!

    I teach at a CARE (Curriculum and Re-engagement School) in Australia, the majority of students have experienced Trauma and have PTSD. Students refuse to engage with teachers and give them a fair bit abuse. It was explained to me that these students fear being abandoned, therefore they push you away, before I as a teacher can get know them, in the instance I quit. So they are protecting themselves from being abandoned. Any tips on getting them to work and do team building with them.
