Like you said early in the video, they aren’t pushed for space. Lots of lovely pools and bars in this resort and what a beach. Impressed with the variety of eggs for breakfast.
Thanks Phil. Thought you'd be interested in the Egg detail. Still no idea what a baked Egg is, other than when we go out filming in 35 degrees and you've forgetten yer hat!
Thanks Ric. I thought baked eggs might have been an American thing, but sounds not! I'd never heard of them, but then again I'm totally scrambled. On toast.
Good review- YES at that price it is Very worth it! I am retiring in Thailand soon (Pattaya) I will explore many places and treat myself to a mult- star Hotel like that one every once in a while.
Hi PFI. That sounds perfect. It's kinda what I try to do. Treat myself once in a while. Not sure what I've done to deserve it but it certainly makes a change. And 1600 baht isn't a bank breaker! Thanks for all your comments.
looks good, wonder what the upmarket rooms are like. surprised no remy martin in the fridge but then you do get the mosquitoes. If you need to know the price of drinks then you should not be staying there but anyword on lady friends ?
Hi BB. Some of the top rooms are villas facing the sea and have their own private swimming pools. Wouldn't have minded a go but 11k is a bit out of my budget. Mosquitoes were free but didn't visit any of the hotel bars. One thing I can definitely say is bring a friend with you and check in together. Not only is that free but there's no other chances, because it's really out of the way!
Really looks like a very relaxing hotel. I am not hugely into these resorts, but if my wife does ever force me to return to one, this looks like an option. Don't touch the "soy milk" as commercial versions are usually about 2% soy and the rest is made up of emulsifiers. cheap oil and other assorted chemicals designed to make it taste nice.
Thanks, David. This didn't really have that 'resirt' feel which often makes people feel trapped inside. They've done a great job at making it fit with the surroundings. Although what it's like when it's full, I can't imagine. I did try a bit of soy milk, but I steered clear of the healthy salad (as usual)!
@@balloonchaser We’ve also booked to go in June to the same place. Honestly how was the weather as I’m slightly nervous, not for me but for our friends travelling with us. 🤗
@lalanellie8396 To be honest, you can't really predict the weather accurately. All I'd say is that when it rains, it's often for a relatively short time, and then the sun comes out and burns it off. I also had some sunny days on the same trip. It's a beautiful part of the country, and I'm sure you'll love it. Just be ready for some changeable weather, and if it does rain, enjoy some food, book a trip, or stay inside any of the excellent hotels. Hopefully, you'll have got a better price for going outside the high season, which is a good feeling, too!
Looks like a lovely, relaxing place. Thank you for the video, BC!
Yes, really relaxing. You'd have to bring a friend and hope for sunshine to make it perfect. But good value in rainy season! Thanks for comment!

Very luxurious resort hotel and right on the beach ⛱️ 👌. Good price for big 41 square meter room. Wanted to see the baked eggs 🥚 😅

Excellent price for that room and environment. People say Thailand isnt cheap anymore?!
Absolutely right. If you don't mind going in the low season (and are able to) there's some real bargains to be had! Thanks for your comment!
