And here is the Mother Ruler now. Beside her Sub-Lord Utilaxx, followed by Secretary Masvaart, Supercommander Dek Laser, and the other dignitaries of the Hyperquadrant.
A difficult year, of course, for the Mother Ruler, having been forced to give up control over the planets of Raadox, Phenjaal and Badaadas by the Kiltrons, themselves understandably absent from the ceremony this yaarn.
