Angelos not the first brawler, piper was. Tick used to have 2800 health or something and piper with ambush can do 3150 damage. This was changed shortly after leon released though and tick gained more health

Gadget makes 50 reduction so he has 8800 hp and also halves healing from edgar so he is frank + crow but better and also deals ultra damage at close range
