Interview challenges Yascha's books narative in some useful areas.... that I haven't encountered elsewhere. Yascha defends well, but it does suggest that matters are probably not as clean cut as laid out in book and his promotional. Still the best trade publication on topic I've run across, while a quality academic examination seems absent. Hopefully this will inspire someone to put something academic like that together, but currently political environment makes that seem unlikely. (I remember having same problem finding academic treatment of evolutionary ideas around human behavior and psychology.)
