12 is not scary but touching for me. That's a guy trying to communicate with a loved one who passed away(or his mother) and surprisingly, his mom says "I love you". That's not scary, but heartwarming tbh.

I'm kinda on the fence about the existence of ghosts. Mainly because I've never seen one myself, but have heard many stories by credible people. I do believe, however that if they are real and can communicate, I don't believe that their grave is where you'd find them. Either the death scene or where they spent most of their life. As in the home they were living in when they died. I think the cemetery is just a place where their physical form (body) only is buried. Not their soul or spirit.

I was thinking the same thing. A possum, raccoon, even a stray cat would be able to do it. I’ve had a raccoon somehow break through a locked dog door. Well, it wasn’t a lock, lock just a latch that held it tight in place so that wouldn’t happen......spent 60 dollars on that thing. XD

the ladder one is actually completely normal, it's because how rickety most ladders are. basically it's rocking side to side, and has enough forward momentum, probably from being bumped by something or set down weirdly, to move downhill in a sort of walking pattern. it's called "passive dynamic walking", and is fairly common in ladders on hills.

I've actually seen the walking ladder with my eyes. It's just physics, the driveway was sloped.
Ryan Reynolds the ladder can “walk” themselves if a person that is actually working off the ladder, instead of stepping down the ladder to move it , the worker will “walk” the ladder side to side. The ladder then becomes warped. I’ve seen it happen too many times. They have to be replaced . Safety protocol. You better wear a hard hat

My dad works in security installing and is on ladders constantly. He said that he himself has seen ladders do this before. He explains that the ladder is worn down, aluminum, and is roughly 10 feet tall. Add all that to the slight incline the driveway has and you will get a walking ladder. The more worn out and taller the ladder is, the more likely it will happen. If anything, that person needs to get a new one before he injures himself and possibly make it truly haunted. And he also said that people would do this while standing on it too so they won't have to get down. He says that it's not the best thing to do and he doesn't recommend it

Actually i seen ladders does this before, its when both sides are not properly set straight and it is twisted slightly. And when going downhill, INSTEAD of sliding down it would jus wobble down looking as if its walking. Only works if its a tall ladder cus it picks up momentum. Thats ur best explaination.

I’ve seen the walking ladder trick as a small child. So long as you’re on a slight decline, if you rock it gently, it will walk. Works best with light, aluminium ladders but on a greater decline, you can get wooden step ladders to ‘walk’!

Number 3 is reproducible. Now that doesn't mean that this isn't paranormal in this case but I have seen it and done it myself, you need a sloping driveway and the right kind of ladder for this, it has to be top heavy, then you can start it walking down the driveway and if everything is exactly right you let go of the ladder and it will continue on its own. First time I did it by accident, then I tried to do it intentionally and it worked.
Even so, that's actually kinda cool. And could be quite the "wtf" moment if one were to make the ladder do that on accident. Shame my driveway is gravel. Doubt it'd work there.
Yes as I said I did it initially BY accident. And it really was a WTF moment. And I was determined to reproduce it because I didn't want to have my ladder walk away on me while I was on it.

This was at least two decades ago, but when I was a child visiting my Grandmother in PA who lived in her late 1800s, early 1900s house, I was sleeping in a room on the 2nd floor. There of course were wooden stairs going up to a small platform and then three or four more steps before you got to the top. Well I was asleep and was woken up by the sound of someone loudly coming up the stairs. I heard the steps reach the platform area and then stop, turn and take the last few steps and step on the second floor. Well I had the door open and a light on because I was little and scared to sleep in the house anyways because it was creepy. But from that room, you can see anyone coming up the stairs, especially on that platform. Well I didn't see anyone for a few seconds, then I saw my very very long dead Grandfather standing in the doorway and smiling at me. He had passed away when my mother was 8 years old. But he was always a friendly ghost in that house.

The walking ladders happen when you unfold the ladder 3 quarters of the way and the part that isn't unfolded unfolds out when you push it slightly and the recoil brings the back part and the chain reaction keeps going

I've seen a pattern in ghost stories and videos. Almost everytime people claim to have engaged contact with a ghost (any ghost, just a random stranger ghost) they are scared because the ghost is menacing; but if it's actually the "ghost" of a loved one, then it's a lovely peaceful ghost. ive seen ladders do that. when there is just a bit of a slope the bottom leg will move making the top twist a bit and then it makes the bottom move again and the top twists.. the first motion is usually from when you step of it then it starts rocking down the slop like that. funny to see

I've seen ladders (2X) do the "walk" and there's nothing paranormal about it. All it takes is a slight decline and you can actually make it happen with a little practice.
It was probably exaggerated by it being in a driveway which typically have a slope, making the ladder continue to make it's way down instead of flattening out.

That first one was creepy for sure. If I were the owner of the house, I'd call the police first and show them the tape. They'd have a plan of action from then on. I'd also call an exterminator, just in case. I wouldn't wanna go up there either, but something needs to be done about it.

At number 13 Maybe if he is in the room the figure is still visible. He could figure it out by standing with a friend outside and wait for the figure to appear. Then he or his friend records the figure while the other person goes into the room. Then you can tell if the figure stays there when someone goes into this room. Maybe open the window, push some furniture to see if the figure is an optical illusion which is only visible from a certain perspective

I've actually seen the "walking ladder" phenomenon myself. Any incline can set it off walking on it's own, basically you can chalk it down to worn out/loose feet and warped locking members on aluminum ladders. And after a push on on one of the legs you can set the thing "walking" by breaking the friction of the opposing leg. After which the ladder can be upset on the other two legs causing them to flex and cause the walking. Used to do this back when I worked in theater to freak out the interns. It's all about tension.

It's amazing how many youtubers have paranormal experiences.
14 might be an old generator that is set to automatically power up at certain times. We use to have one in our attic too. It could be set to come on automatically via 2 ways. 1st way is by a timer, simply set to come on everyday at a time the user set it to. The 2nd way was to hook it up to the main board and get it to come on if the main electric was too low. This was mainly used if there was a power out. It was extremely heavy and as it got older, it would start to shake upon powering up. If this only happens to that guy at night, I'd guess it is because he has turned off enough of the main electricity, for the generator to power up. Starting off with a low sounding static , followed by the motors. The weight, alongside the vibration could be causing the attic door to jolt up.
