Not hard to imagine being gone like this. It used to hold auto parts and engine oil definitely seeped into the wood on some of the floors.
Was a ticking time bomb being built in the early 1900s so as it is!

If I'm not mistaken it was an old furniture factory and never held auto parts, but I could be wrong on that.
