Years ago I upgraded to the Xbox 360 slim from the original one and couldn't afford the hard drive for it so I ripped apart the gray one off the original one and when you take it apart there's a standard 2.5 inch SATA drive that has a small cable connected to it, you can unplug the cable and take the drive out and stick it in the slim and it works... Then when I upgraded to the Xbox one I sold my slim at the pawn shop and they were checking it out and saw it was 250 gigs and when they looked at the hard drive they saw the SATS drive plugged in and were like "what kind of hard drive is this?" Before I could answer another took a look and said oh it's fine it's just aftermarket lol, they gave me an extra $45... Winning 😂😂😂

I could technically have at least 48 TB if I had the money as I have 6 SATA slots (two are separate M.2 & SATA ports that share the same lane, or at least I think that's the right term). If I used the 3 extra PCIe slots I could even have at least another 24 TB if I use a M.2 to PCIe. It could possibly be even more than that if I could have multiple M.2 slots or SATA ports per PCIe card, but 2 of the cards would go into a PCIe 1x 3rd gen slot so they would not have the greatest speeds.

@@Jants LOL i got 2TB NVMe to host only my OS on(i keep it only OS drive to prevent read writes to keep my PC fast) i got a 1TB m.2 SSD to host only my programs on 2TB SSD that is now empty i was using it for files before getting my 20TB HDD i got a 20TB HDD for games (mainly emulation, 25,000 roms) 16TB media drive i have so much audio its close to 772 days of music if i was to play straight close to 1,000 movies and loads of personal videos photos and what not 2TB external drive that is now empty 8TB drive for programs its a big backup once i got my 20TB drive i spent days on file transfers it took like 48Hours to shift my files around i also have 2 spare 4TB drives in a wavlink dual drive bay so i have 2+1+2+20+16+2+8+4+4=59TB of space over 9 Drives

But I kept going, I'd see a clock with time that showed 7:27, I'd see that I'm on the 7/27 page on my school homework, my last notice to pay my electricity bill is 727$ , I'd notice that it's been 727 days since the last time I touched a woman. And every time I'd burst into an insane, breath deprived laugh staring at the image as the number 727 ran through my head. I'm scared to look at the time when someone asks me what time is it. It's torment, psychological torture, I am being conditioned to laugh maniacally any time I see an 3-digit number which is anywhere close to 727. I can't fucking live like this... I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't! And don't get me fucking started on the words! I'll never hear the phrase "when you see it" again without thinking of 727. Someone does pretty cool and respectable score and I can't say anything other than "WYSI." I could watch a man Fc hard underweighted map I love and all I would be able to say is "WYSI" and laugh like a fucking insane person. And the phrase "when you see it" is ruined. I can't live anymore. 727 has destroyed my fucking life. I want to eject myself from this plane of existence.

If you got enough money, it's REALLY recommended that you get an SSD. It will speed up your PC by orders of magnitude.
Seriously I was super stubborn and late to ditch the HDD. seriously though upgrade, ssds arnt too expensive anymore and are well worth the upgrade.
I was suffering with a hard drive becuase it was a 500gb WD green drive and that shit was loading windows every start up at 10mb/s
