chill video with some great films. Drive is a great modern neo noir. I've actually never played Hotline Miami , so your comments made me seek it out. Rebel without a Cause is the one pick out of left field I didn't expect from you. There are some totally 1950s elements that don't translate well to a modern audience (the slang, the forced themes). The entire cast had unfortunate deaths including Sal Mineo and Nick Adams. Yes, Plato had a total infatuation with Jim and Sal Mineo was a closeted gay actor , so it probably wasn't a stretch. The Seatbelts performed Tank with Yoko Kanno composing. Cowboy Bebop has some great music and a cool style that has never been matched in other anime or in the netflix series. Keep up the great content. looking forward to pt.2 You have good taste in movies.
ahh so that’s what it’s called, a neo noir. definitely check out the game, it’s not everybody’s cup of tea cause of the gameplay style but of course i’m more interested in the story and characters than anything else. it’s charming and of course the music is 👌🏻 okay, cool to know i was right that sal had a thing for jim! i thought that was adorable as their interactions in the movie are sweet. i forgot too that there’s the theme of jim and (natalie wood’s character) acting as parents for plato. i think there was also speculation that james dean was bi back then. i love how the 50s setting translates honestly, as it is definitely different but i think dean was ahead of his time mentally and emotionally. seriously tragic how so many deaths came from that movie, and how that happens with other movies too!! (poltergeist?) that’s cool, i always thought the music and band for cowboy bebop was so sick, i just love the mix of the funk and jazz element with futuristic 90s bounty hunter. so dope, and quite an emotional story. i think it’s really awesome how animation can depict the whole feeling of a time period. thanks so much for that! i hope you will enjoy the next part as well 😄
i think there is only one season of it if i’m not mistaken? it’s a great show and definitely one every anime fan should see at some point! the movie is great too!
Love your content! I smoked a fat bowl with you lol also great movie collection! I went and watched some of Elden Lied on RUclips after watching this and I don’t know how I missed that show back in the day. I’m a big fan of Bebop and Outlaw Star. Thanks for the video!
thank you trevor! yess bebop is great! i’ve heard of outlaw star and might check it out someday- there’s a lot of 80s and 90s anime i have yet to watch as well. i really love the themes that are covered in elfen lied too. i’m glad you enjoyed the show and the smoke n chill sesh! take care! ☺️
dragon ball z is great! i decided to watch it many years after being into anime. it was one i put off for a long time due to my mentality of not liking “mainstream” things at the time. i’m glad i watched it because it has such a cool atmosphere to it, with the music and the 80s to 90s summery vibe. i like the pacing of it too, it seems like it held people’s attention more than some shows do today. the original dragon ball is full of aesthetic too! i enjoy the mix of prehistoria and futurism that dragon ball portrays. i have yet to watch demon slayer, tho. i know it is something a lot of people enjoy today!
well your comments on the johnny situation were sad, specially coming from a woman… he abused her emotionally and physically for years, and that’s literally a fact… that man shouldn’t be looked up to or adored
U are embarrassingly sad she cheated on him abused him and tried to play the victim and she deserves all the hatred in the world and more and hey? she also made her friend a coccaine addict so shut up and read anything other than Twitter Johny depp is a legend and deserves everything

Natural Born Killers isnt a Tarantino movie. He only wrote it, Oliver Stone directed it and threw out a lot of his writing.

Kermit... Kermit The Fog?
well your comments on the johnny situation were sad, specially coming from a woman… he abused her emotionally and physically for years, and that’s literally a fact… that man shouldn’t be looked up to or adored
So did she. That is also a fact.
Hey could you tell me where there is evidence for that? Not being rude I’m just curious.
