We have two of these Can-Am Maverick Trails and have ridden on some damn crazy trails in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and California, but I've got to say you got bigger stones than I have for the Trails in this video. We got the 50's for riding the skinny trails, but we also don't shy away from the tough stuff. I see you have a locked front differential. I hate the visco-loc system and would like to upgrade. It’s an awesome video. Looks very fun , I have a maverick trail and I’m hoping to do lots of the 50” trails around my area in northern Utah. Did you removed any suspension parts in the front end? Sway bar? Or rear ?
Remove the front it makes a huge difference... Do not remove the rear it becomes unstable. Mine has bigger tire and quite a bit of lift so I did widen it by about 3 to 4 inches for stability. They are lots of fun.
What made you stick with a 50 inch trail if you was going to modify it the way you have? Why not go with the 60inch 1000R? More ground clearance, suspension travel and stability from the get go. Plus you have a factory locker front axle. The one and only reason I have a 50inch trail is because of all the local 50inch trails in the area I live. The 50 inch trails here are also a lot less crowded because they’re e a lot more of them.

Originally bought it for a tight woods hunting rig... Then found out how much fun it is and modified what I have.
do you have a lift kit on it?
It has the Super ATV 3" lift kit wheel spacers, 30" tires and the offset a arms.

Yes I used the EPI Mudder cluch.
