I have made for vertical compaction technique and core carrier technique. I will also make soon a video in simplifill obturation technique. Please check the playlist on obturation
Thank u May Allah reward you! Greetings from Pakistan But 1 question sir! Should this whole process(compaction) be done with a single spreader or we should change it for the consecutive smaller accessory cones????
First few accessary cones can be one or two sizes smaller than the master cone. But further, same size accessary cone and corresponding size spreader should be used. I would recommend NOT using accessary cones smaller than 25, as the smaller accessory cones will tend to get bend and may not reach the space created by the spreader
If there are more than one canal, like maxillary first premolar, should I fill both buccal and palatial canal simultaneously and then remove the excess? or should I fill one canal, remove the excess, and then deal with the other canal?
I would recommend to obturate both the canals separately in the beginning (may be the first 100 cases). After gaining experience it is always better to obturate both the canals at the same time. in the beginning if both the canals are obturated at the same time, one of the canal may not get compacted properly and we wont be able to differentiate whether the spreader is inside the buccal or palatal canal.
Vertical compaction is a better technique than lateral compaction if we are to compare the quality of the obturation. But vertical compaction is more technique sensitive, time-consuming, and chances for apical extrusion of obturation material is more.
I SIMPLY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS !!!
It's very easy way of explanation 👏👏thank u sir
Thank you. Keep watching...
Thats quite helpful.
Please make a video on other obturation techniques as well.
Thankyou:)

How do we select the size of the spreader?
Quite clear
Thank you
You are welcome

You're welcome
Clear explanation🤝
Thank you 🙂
Accessory cone Gutta perca need to selar or not?
yes. Accessory cones also need to be coated with sealer..

Thank uuu sir
Sir Do you still use lentulo in your clinical practice? I current practices limited sealers are used for thin film. Your answer is awaited
Personally, I do not use Lentulospirals at present. I used to coat the sealer with master cone or spreader before lateral compaction technique.
Ty sir
What about vertical compaction
What are the indication of that method
Vertical compaction is a better technique than lateral compaction if we are to compare the quality of the obturation. But vertical compaction is more technique sensitive, time-consuming, and chances for apical extrusion of obturation material is more.
Cool for understanding
