I do like how some of these backroom games feel like collective nightmares most of us had. It's a trip.
Ya know, they missed some golden opportunities for some creepy moments especially with the slides. They should have had a glass slide that goes through fully submersed areas where you can see faces in the pool. Also have the statues move when you're not looking at them. Not necessarily chase you, but turn to look at you, change poses, and sit down.

I feel like games like this that have no monster, but merely the SENSATION of a monster? These kinds of games come closest to the vibe that the original Backrooms had.

i'll never understand the creative design choice to have an abyss with a jump board that you shouldn't be jumping into, but then there's another abyss with a jump board but with a thin walk beam to balance across and when you get to the board there THEN it's ok to jump into the abyss.... Why is there even an abyss to jump into???? Why does it turn into the only option?
Am I just a crazy person because none of this seems scary or terrifying ... it's just starting to feel monotonous and boring, if I'm stuck here for years on end like in Castaway then maybe I'll go crazy Maybe

If you think this is a real maze it is not, it is actually a one way game play with the illusion of multiple path, notice in the first level of this game a lot of way are block off, and also notice the ladder that sundentaly went into the hold so you can't reach does are the friendly manican doing that, to make sure you don't get lose, since in the 3rd level you come out of that hole that the ladder got suck in, and also notice when you come out of that wall hole, more passage are block to make sure you don't go back to level 1 by accident, and when you arrive at the end, the manican are blocking your way back to make sure you don't get lose, and the reason he left the camera, because the protaganist agreed to keep there envoirnment a secret, and as a reward, does manican give it to the person that is currently watching the tape you notice the one watching the tape is human.
