For the people that don't understand about Brian do yourself a favor and just watch their documentary! Than maybe you might have little more understanding and compassion to know what Brian is going through! It's called five part harmony for a reason! They all work together to blend their voices together to make the Backstreet Sound!

As someone who saw them two nights ago, I can confirm that Brian's voice has improved significantly! He was amazing at the concert and sounded almost the same as before. ❤

sova1981, Brian is a miracle. He had a heart murmur and didn’t have it operated on until 1998. They’ve been a band since 1993. All the vigorous dancing couldn’t have been easy for him.
sova1981 true! a big part of their success is because of Brian's angelic voice. that's why I think it could be the reason why he got that vocal problem. he's been using his voice too much for the past years especially during their prime. I'm just so glad he's doing so much better now and the rest of the guys are really supportive. hope he fully recover soon. #KTBSPA
Yes. It was sad to hear as well that he’s being pulled off from his rest weeks before his heart operation and still pushed him to join tours and performances. They bring his oxygen and paramedics for emergency purposes. Like that’s hardwork and dedication right in there despite everything. 😭😢😩🥺
