    In the coming years,say three years time the rental will increase because of Rapidex (Metro) passing through Noida Extension.End users will also be shifting so the area will be livable. Right now transportation is the biggest problem.

    Overrated ho chuka h noida extension , sari societies affordable housing category ki h jinka max buy rate bus 5000 sqfit h exactly par ye charges 6-7-8 hajar demand karte h ..sabhi societies m seepage water leakage issue h .. don’t invest any amount here if you are looking to buy flat through home loan.. better to stay on rent before to buy ..

      Jaha tak resale ki baat hain to kuch hi society hain jisme 7 8 hajar ka price hain ye price Un societies main hain jinki condition theek hain …ha new projects hain ye price almost Har developer le raha hain jo bhi project last kuch years mai launch hue hain or uske bahut se resion hain uspe details main baat karenge kabhi

      @@realtycheckbyjeewanpant kuch nhi almost sabhi societies m yahi hal h ,, 1.5 years pahle jo societies m flat 42-45 lacs m sale hue wo ab 70-80 lacs ki demand karte h ..apne loan interest plus furniture charges sabhi add kar ke price batate h .. is topic par bhi ek video banao .. ki is tarah ke flat agar lete h to kabi bhi appreciation mode m nhi ayega new owner

      100 homes per tower with 2 lifts aur uspe luxury project waali demand. Just because gold plated clubhouse banaya hai. It's basically a chawl with lift.

    Jeewan bhai, bohat gandi quality ke ghar hain. 15k rent deke galti kardi Mahagun mywood mein... 6 maheene mein nikal lunga yahan se ... 11k se upar worth nahi hai.

      @@aniketagarwal2647 Bhai the prices have inflated a lot recently. Went to buy Coco county, 8000 psf base price doesn't make any sense when you can buy something in Gurgaon in this range.

      @@rajeevrawat4773 Agreed Rajeev bhai, Waterlogging and roads are only problems. Uske alawa har cheez favourable hai. High paying jobs, better rental yields, better culture and in general economy is far better than in noida. Great malls and pubs etc. 90 lakh ki property mein better rental Gurgaon mein hi milega aur 6-7% per annum hike ke saath Noida extension bohat peeche hai. 8000 per square feet justified nahi hai yahan. Jewar airport ka hype accha hai, lekin woh sirf ek cargo airport hoga. Gurgaon already world ke busiest airport ke paas hai.

      It’s a good society though comman area is small but that authority park compensates for that …maintenance seems satisfactory

    Bhai Brick se bna huwa flat 5 se 6 Hajar SQFT...but ab sabhi Mivan technology me ban rahe hai inki cost hamesha Bricks se 30-40%Jyadha hota hai.
    Isi liye ab Mivan technology ke rate 7-9 Hajar Rs. Hi gyaa hai..
