It was an elaborate prank by the birds. The fourth is basically just the first and second combined, only with new birds: Terence, Bubbles, Hal, Stella & Silver (Silver being from Angry Birds 2). For the first half, the birds have been drained of their powers (except Terence cuz his power is being effective against stone and that doesn't do very much). For the second half, the birds got their powers back, but now they're swapped. Terence gets Bubbles' power, Bubbles gets Hal's power, Hal gets Stella's power, Stella gets Silver's power and Silver gets Terence's power. For the fifth, all the birds that you've played as thus far stow-away into Wiz-Pig's Express. By the end of the episode, we see that the birds caught Wiz-Pig and derialed his train. When the camera pans to the right, we see Chuck noticing Stella walking into the woods. Then the birds scream, and the camera pans back to the left as we see that Wiz-Pig has disappeared into a puff of smoke. When the camera pans to the right again, we see that Stella has disappeared into the woods. Soooo, yeah. That's it.
So is this just confirmation that it’s what the bird looks like that determines its capability, or it’s their body that is jammed into a new shape, and still has its power.
I don't think so. A cutscene only plays before the first level and after a boss, so unless they add more levels in between then they won't add the cutscenes
