Stirrups hook should be 135degrees no.
Use Klein #7 side cutting rebar pliers and you can tie bar faster.Pros use Klein pliers and cutters.Good job.Your bars are perfectly centered.

Rebar should not be 90 degree it should be 135degree. At 90 degree the column will fail and may open
