I know this an old video and my comment will get lost in the sauce as it were. But, the screaming is actually a vocal technique that doesn’t cause any harm or discomfort when done properly. Without the proper control and techniques you can really damage your voice. The fact that he can switch between both screaming and clean vocals shows he is doing it correctly and healthily.
