If u want a really smooth circle u can make the parts neon and select a grey color and it will make it white but u can't see the edges so it looks smooth
jesse when doing the cartoon effect you should have made the outer layer not touching the white part on the sides that is why it has the half black and half white effect hope you see this!
i know a cool glitch: if you put your roblox cursor on a butter block it should do a glitch that shows more cursors for some reason (the glitch will happen in a few frames) .

you can change the inside block into neon and the outside block with plastic (you'll get a less glitchy outline effect)
