You will want to make a lot, as this very versatile material that can be used in a multitude of ways. Best of all, crepe paper is very inexpensive and comes in many different colors. They can be found at Dollar Stores or ordered online. crepe paper usually come two rolls per bag. Look for them in party supply areas.
YOU WILL NEED: crepe paper rolls in your choice of black, orange, gray, or greens, small sponge or folded up paper towel (slightly moistened), black yarn, and scissors
