Time se pehle agar koi job leave kare to retention amount company wapas deti hai kya? Mera 2 yrs ka contact hai but me company se dissatisfied hu to uske pehle hi leave karna chahta hu, is situation me me mera retention amount claim kar skta hu ki nahi?

One of my friend got an offer of 6.5 lpa and during hr round he was specificed about retention bonus and 2 years of bond
Now whether retention bonus would be included in the CTC?

Agar company kisi employee ko retention bonus deti hai jiska 3 year ka lockin period hai is dauran agar company PIP apni taraf se PIP issue karti hai or use company se nikal deti hai to kya us employee ko mila hua retention bonus return karna padega

Nahi company retention bonus nahi mang sacti lekin fir bhi apne HR se is bare me consult kr lo kyuki agar company policy me ise wapas karna hoga tab wapas dena padega. Ye apke company k policy pr depend karega.

Hello bro , in my offere letter they have mentioned 21000 stipend per month with no diduction and + 5k per month retention bonus , company will give me 60k after completing 1 year of training,

@@apkahrconsultant no brother , they have mentioned that after 1 year of training they give retention bonus of 60k which is [5k per month] , my doubt was that ki 5k retention bonus stipend se to nahi reduces hota hai na ? Wo to extra bonus hai ?
