John and his family has been protected by the DA because of his ties with Lockheed. The intruder theory is ludicrous. Seriously an intruder walked around the house in the dark and found a window underneath a grate, quietly opened it, hopped down, crawling through the window, across the messy basement then went upstairs in the dark and quietly went to Jon Bs bedroom and quietly carried her downstairs and gave her a few pieces of pineapple then took her downstairs to the basement and dug around through that pigsty of a mess to find tape, rope and make a garrotte then kill her. Then the intruder bathed and redressed her, stuffed her in a room then quietly goes back upstairs and looks for paper and pen then writes a 3 page letter, wipes off the flashlight and batteries then puts the batteries back in and leaves it. Then sneaks back downstairs and crawls out the window and puts the grate down and leaves. I think Burke did it and it's a cover-up

You're absolutely correct. If you watch the 2-part series "The Case of: Jonbenet Ramsey" it clearly & concisely explains how Burke killed her & the parents tried their best to cover the murder up. All this hoopla with John Ramsey coming out every few years & stating all this nonsense about the case is all a bunch of misdirection to protect his son as well as himself from prosecution. Poor Jonbenet most likely will never see justice for this heinous crime.😔

The Boulder police department won't admit but they screwed it up from the very beginning. They didn't even section off the house letting people come & go. And Detective Linda Arndt let John Ramsay look around the house unsupervised to see if anything was out of place. If the police would've done work properly then the case probably would've been resolved years ago. It's a shame John, Patsy & Burke are still looked with suspicion. Slim chance. The databases are actually small. It only works if people that are closely related have submitted their DNA , and have opted in. Yes that is correct, the database only contains people that opt in. So one company could have 200 million people they have tested, but maybe only 5 million have opted in to the geneology database. So all the companies combined could have tested 2 billion people, and maybe less than 10% opted in. There has literally been a grand total of just 318 matches to criminals using DNA geneology. So it is a very slim chance they solve this with DNA geneology.

They didn’t submit the clothes they were wearing till December 1997. Why? Why the Ramsey’s never took a polygraph? When they said so many lies on national TV at the same time! The dad obviously isn’t stupid. He moved the body immediately and many say purposely. This whole job just keeps pointing back to John and Patsy. The fact that someone intended to write a ransom note and didn’t have it prepared and used pen and paper from the house is insane. Then it is the longest ransom note in history and placed in an odd spot. Patsy sweater fibers were found all over the adhesive side of the tape covering her mouth. Cobwebs intact over a broken window. John almost immediately guiding the officer to the back room in the basement after being informed they are doing an entire full sweep of the residence etc. IDK maybe it’s me but true crime sleuths are being gaslit by John Ramsey and he knows that DNA isn’t coming back to a middle of the night creeper who just happened to be the worlds luckiest guesser and used his bonus amount. And keep in mind how uncooperative the Ramsey’s initially were during initial investigatory steps, we are all quick to chastise the police (who no doubt did a bad job through inexperience as a byproduct of working in a virtual crime less extremely high end neighborhood), but the Ramseys were a major problem from second one. By almost every account John Ramsey was acting bizarre all morning, now many will contribute that to “well his child was missing” but let’s not forget Chris Watts’s odd behavior the morning his wife and kids vanished, there is a clear difference in acting odd from guilt and pressure to acting odd from being devastated and shocked. The media just takes stories and run with it for clicks so not trusting accurate reporting - the same media that made people believe Kamala had an actual shot.

@ thanks and i honestly don’t think it’s the case at all. I actually had to do a long college research paper on this and I have worked as a big city investigator for 24 years. Trying to be objective as possible, I just think that note was so damning. I’m not against the theory that John was caught molesting or doing something odd and the wife panicked with him and they devised a crash course coverup, which essentially has worked. The Boulder PD did a horrific job maintaining the scene, which certainly contributed to this not having any resolve, but again too much just keeps pointing back. There was never any real bodily fluid DNA, the note was most likely written by Patty and again I don’t think there has ever been any ransom note written that length in history and certainly not that was already prepared. Also, the 911 call was extremely odd, along with John’s behavior. That does all account and add up towards logical thinking that the parents did have involvement. The Ramsey’s were extremely uncooperative from the start with law enforcement, prior to everyone just pointing their fingers and yelling police coverup. Again, maybe I’m wrong, but I just can’t see it

He's trying to goad the Boulder PD into wasting what little DNA evidence they have, or making a statement so that he can sue. Even though PCR can magnify DNA, they still need a base amount for chain of custody and connection issues. The Boulder PD has an idea of who did what.
