idk the rules or whats going on but looks like the equivalent of women's beach volleyball in terms of uniforms & camera angles & idk why i never heard of this till right now.
This just took a really awesome though sport and made it not necessarily bad but interesting
Got a question: in all the pulling and fighting for the ball, what if a player is held and needs to go up for air, but can’t ?
Seeing this for the first time, so it’s a legit question since I don’t know anything about this.
So there's a rule that you can only attack the player holding the ball (and the player holding the ball can attack everyone), so basically if you need to catch breath you just need to pass the ball or leave it and no one can attack you anymore so you are free to go up.

FAQ : it's so hard to drown that noone ever managed during the past 50 years, besides, it's not a breath holding contest. It's pretty safe despite the fact that it's full contact. Feel free to try, it will take 2-3 months for a non-swimmer, 4-5 weeks for a polo player, 2-3 weeks for a freediver, swimmer or triathlete, 1 week for a finswimmer to get used to the 3D aspect and the calculated breathing and be able to actually enjoy playing. Unfortunate thing is, you'll need a diving pool. In shallow water it is just reckless wrestling, like a HC polo match gone bad. So if you think you've tried it because you've played something like this : that's not IT, trust me :)
