Definitely wanna hit yard sales this year! I hardly hit any last year, all flea for me. But yard sales seem to have been a lot less plentiful since 2020. They usually yield the coolest finds tho!
An easy way to get rid of sharpie on games is to use a dry erase marker. Scribble the dry erase over the sharpie and then use the dry erase-eraser, and it should take care of it for you. Been using that trick with thrift store games for years.
I've heard that and I've never got around to trying it! I definitely need to. And with all the D&D I play, there are plenty of dry erase markers around here.
Yeah, I gave him a chance to change his mind. And the Wii and the Switch sure aren't the prettiest girls at the dance but hopefully I can get em fixed up and presentable. I can say we've needed a spare Lite before and we didn't have one at the time.

@@Emceemur Nintendo made the switch very easy to fix. I would say to switch lite is a little harder than a regular switch but still very much fixable. I've been wanting to do a custom job type deal but I'm waiting for one I find in a wild that's in rough shape

@@Emceemur while looking at the switch lite, the joystick on the right I believe is the e-z-ist to replace from what I remember. I have switched both of them before-been a while though. it’s just and again, while facing…the left joystick I believe you have to remove the motherboard. Much Respect Emceeeeahhh…

Unfortunately down here, several dev studio's have fallen over in the past 6 months, or so, a few with people I worked with in the past, peeps that have been in the industry for 30 odd years and more. Interesting times my friend.
There's quite a bit of buzz about that here too. I've read a lot of posts about studios closing and games being cancelled. Some think we're headed for another video game crash. Hard to imagine at this level though. It suggests we truly can have too much of a good thing. But I just can't fathom that!

I didn't actually buy 24. I did buy 23 out of respect to John Madden. Madden needs an overhaul. The matchmaking and ease of hacking has made MUT unplayable. I wish it wasn't that way because I really enjoy Ultimate Team.
Yes indeed. This will be an additional class for my RUclips Content Creator Strategies program. A lot has changed even in just 1 year on this platform and in addition to that, there's still so much to cover that we didn't get to last year. I may go back to a game hunting/collecting panel in 2025 but I've said just about all one can say on that topic. But by next year we will probably be due for an up to date look at market and collecting trends.
So, with the JFJ resurfacer, I haven't successfully fixed a blu ray. (Xbone, wiiU etc) The machine says it works on those but it leaves a haze on them and the repairs just aren't successful. For those discs I would probably take them to the store I visited with the industrial grade buffer. So long as they were worth paying to fix of course.
MAN. I believe it!! It's very addictive. I ended up getting off of it early on and it was a bit buggy but that's expected for its size. It was really fun to play. And it's expanded so much now it's almost overwhelming but I really wanna jump back in!
I need to be! I'm down about 6 lbs I guess but I haven't been dieting or training. I'm about to begrudgingly get back to it though. Not getting any younger! Lol

I probably shouldve just grabbed the PSP. My personal is a 3000 model but I could always use a spare. Probably needed a new battery was all..

$35 for a switch lite is a great price. The joystick isn't a hard fix. They are cheap online and fix it makes a great tool set for it!
That's what I'm hearing! Hopefully I can get it ship-shape. My whole household has lites and you never know when you'll need a spare!

Hey Mur are u able to resurface the Xbox 1 games, I’ve always been told u can’t on those and Blu Ray
