His 90's albums are absolute classics. He deserved more attention that he got. Great to see him back. !
Yes I hear this for a lot of my favorite people but we can’t help but accept the musical taste of everybody. And to be in peace with it, does the divine nightingale really cares who listen to him when the time to come to sing? He just sing to whoever to listen, this is his divine task. And we are really happy to be that he also records his songs 👏🏻, and that can be the case for every really great artists of now and tomorrow!

I'll admit I was never a Suede fan, but am enamoured with Bernard's solo work. The new album is a wonderful, wonderful thing. While I doubt he reads these comments, I'd just like to say for me the album seems to channel The Charlie Sexton Sextet's 'Under The Wishing Tree's and maybe early Wallflowers material.
