Damage sure, but I'd argue that using warriors utility requires it's own level of skill in game awareness. DH does more damage but I think arms is a lot more valueable because of Mortal Strike and sharpen blade.

The "cost" of smoking marijuana is extremely low and outside of rare cases it's as safe as anything with proper moderation and beneficial in many ways when not abused. Combusting anything into your lungs isn't good so I'd prefer ppl ingest or vaporize it but truth be told our lungs are extremely resilient and built specifically for gas filtration. A little smoke here and there isn't doing anyone any harm. Take some time to actually educate yourself on a topic you feel the need to speak on before you put your foot in your mouth.
