    In this video, Danielle explains what a Pumice Stone is and what it's used for: to remove dry, callused skin, leaving your skin soft, smooth and beautiful!
    Simply soak your skin in warm water for 5 minutes, or until skin is soft. Next wet the Pumice Stone so it rubs smoothly across your skin. Gently scrub the skin in circular motions, rinsing and repeating, until you have achieved your desired results. It's important to care for your Pumice Stone after each use. Run it under water and scrub it with a toothbrush or similar brush, you may use soap to get a better cleanse. Lay it on a towel to dry or hang it in a dry space and allow to dry out fully. If you use your Pumice Stone regularly, you may give it a deep clean every two weeks by boiling it in water for 5 minutes and allowing to dry completely before it's next use.
    The Beauty By Earth Pumice Stone is inexpensive and comes in a large size, allowing the stone to last quite a long time.
    You can get the Pumice Stone using the link above or directly at www.beautybyearth.com: www.beautybyearth.com/product...

    Heard this word pumice for the first time, and ended up here. Amazingly I gathered this from a volcano some years ago in the Caribbean.

    Can pumice stone helps to get rid of dark ankles ???
    If yes which pumice stone should i buy ?

    • @Beautybyearth1
      @Beautybyearth1  4 года назад

      Hi there! So the pumice stones help with exfoliation and getting rid of dead skin cells for a smoother and more even skin tone, but it is not known for skin brightening or whitening. You can exfoliate and use a good moisturizer for soft and smooth skin but as for lightening purposes we cannot say for sure.

    Can you use it for the whole body? Like instead of a sponge?

    • @Beautybyearth1
      @Beautybyearth1  3 года назад

      Hi Ashley! We do not recommend this. Might we suggest trying our Konjac body sponge if you're looking for a whole body sponge with a slightly lighter exfoliation? And if you'd like a deeper exfoliation you could also try using a dry brush before showering, or our sugar body scrub in the shower!💕

    I find it so strange how people don’t have a concept of buckets. A typical bucket is 20 litres and you need only half (10 litres) to fully soak your feet. If you’re using a bath tub with a large surface area, you’re essentially wasting a lot of water.

    I heard it helps with stretch marks... is it effective for stretch marks?

    • @Beautybyearth1
      @Beautybyearth1  3 года назад

      we cannot recommend using a pumice stone for stretch marks, ours are designed for use on the feet! However, we would be happy to recommend trying our organic coffee bean body scrub as a potential alternative for exfoliating the body :)

    • @Beautybyearth1

      This product's sole use is to remove dry, dead skin, however scar tissue can be quite sensitive so we would not recommend this product for those areas.

    How long do pumice stones last? I use a callus cutter. I'm thinking of using the callus shaver followed by the stone.

    • @Beautybyearth1
      @Beautybyearth1  3 года назад +1

      With proper care these lava stones can last an extremely long time! So long they can last years upon years. We recommend never leaving it sitting in water and allowing the stone to dry so you can have this awesome tool handy for awhile :)
