In this video, Danielle explains what a Pumice Stone is and what it's used for: to remove dry, callused skin, leaving your skin soft, smooth and beautiful!
Simply soak your skin in warm water for 5 minutes, or until skin is soft. Next wet the Pumice Stone so it rubs smoothly across your skin. Gently scrub the skin in circular motions, rinsing and repeating, until you have achieved your desired results. It's important to care for your Pumice Stone after each use. Run it under water and scrub it with a toothbrush or similar brush, you may use soap to get a better cleanse. Lay it on a towel to dry or hang it in a dry space and allow to dry out fully. If you use your Pumice Stone regularly, you may give it a deep clean every two weeks by boiling it in water for 5 minutes and allowing to dry completely before it's next use.
The Beauty By Earth Pumice Stone is inexpensive and comes in a large size, allowing the stone to last quite a long time.

Heard this word pumice for the first time, and ended up here. Amazingly I gathered this from a volcano some years ago in the Caribbean.
Wow! Awesome!
Thanks for the tutorial I had a thick bit of dry skin on the side of my big toe and was trying to use it dry as had no idea how to use it.
This would be great for that! You're welcome :).

Do we need to add some vinegar whilst cleaning? Does it damage the stone?
You're welcome! As long as you clean the pumice stone after, it should be fine!
@@Beautybyearth1 Thanks a lot :)
Of course! 😊
Nice!
I like how she says "supple"
☺️
Can pumice stone helps to get rid of dark ankles ???
If yes which pumice stone should i buy ?
Hi there! So the pumice stones help with exfoliation and getting rid of dead skin cells for a smoother and more even skin tone, but it is not known for skin brightening or whitening. You can exfoliate and use a good moisturizer for soft and smooth skin but as for lightening purposes we cannot say for sure.
may i use this video for a project?
Hi, thanks, can you specify?
Can you use it for the whole body? Like instead of a sponge?
Hi Ashley! We do not recommend this. Might we suggest trying our Konjac body sponge if you're looking for a whole body sponge with a slightly lighter exfoliation? And if you'd like a deeper exfoliation you could also try using a dry brush before showering, or our sugar body scrub in the shower!💕
I find it so strange how people don’t have a concept of buckets. A typical bucket is 20 litres and you need only half (10 litres) to fully soak your feet. If you’re using a bath tub with a large surface area, you’re essentially wasting a lot of water.
😉
I find it strange how people want to tell others how to do their personal care.
Ty! Great Tips! 💖❤️❤️💜🥰💗😍💙💜💜💖🥰🧡
You are so welcome!
Can u use it in ur knees if u have dark kmees ?and does it give u lighter knees ?
Yes pumice stones work great on lightening up darker skin areas.
I chopped my nubblies and feet off, so, I dealt with the calluses permanently, :D
😁
Is this good for dark elbows?
Yes this would definitely help with removing the dark dead skin cells.
it helps to remove dirts and dryskin right
not dirt, but yes it exfoliates and removes dry/rough skin!
Can I put exfoliating scrub on the pumice stone?? Can I use Okeefe’s foot cream afterwards?
You sure can!
now I know why my leg hair is gone. I used pumice stone I saw on the bathroom,, ahaha...
😂
Wowww😁
I heard it helps with stretch marks... is it effective for stretch marks?
we cannot recommend using a pumice stone for stretch marks, ours are designed for use on the feet! However, we would be happy to recommend trying our organic coffee bean body scrub as a potential alternative for exfoliating the body :)
Umm....no.
Can it be used for dark underarms?
Yes it can!
does this help in body hair removal?
Pumice stones have been known to help with body hair removal, but I have not tried it personally.
yes ..it does help..i have used..bt its a slow process..u need to use it daily.....it will definately remove hair..bt not in one go...it will take some time..u'll start seeing results aftrt 2 weeks..
harleen kaler ok thanks!
Is it good for chest achne scars?
This product's sole use is to remove dry, dead skin, however scar tissue can be quite sensitive so we would not recommend this product for those areas.
It's fine bt is this permanently
This is not a permanent solution and the stone would need to be re-used for maintenance.
I thought it was pronounced 'pew-mis'.. Or am I wrong in thinking this?
No, here is a pronunciation of it: dictionary.cambridge.org/us/pronunciation/english/pumice
Beauty By Earth ohh I thought it was “pew-mis” too. Thanks!
I also thought that it was pew-mis
It remove upper lip hair?
No!
How long do pumice stones last? I use a callus cutter. I'm thinking of using the callus shaver followed by the stone.
With proper care these lava stones can last an extremely long time! So long they can last years upon years. We recommend never leaving it sitting in water and allowing the stone to dry so you can have this awesome tool handy for awhile :)
hi. is this ok for removing facial hair?
Hi, I have not tried it for that, but I don't see why not, it wouldn't hurt to try!
That'd probably be a bit rough on your face.
Ellecia Hayes NO!!! This would hurt ur face bigtime! Please don’t do this 😱
Yes! I do it but soft circular motion nd use a glycerin soap! And mosturize afterwards too!
It's a bit rough on the face. We wouldn't recommend that.
As Paris says, "That's hot".
😁
Gross
I love you
😉
I think your bathroom is nice
Thanks so much!!
