This is a "podcast with pictures" of my formal submission to the NSW Department of Planning in relation to the Evelegh North Paint Shop Precinct Plan 2022. Note that this is NOT a documentary. Carriageworks was a flop and now they want another carriageworks only across the track from the current carriageworks. Developers will double word anything and ignore concerns, as long as they get the agreement and the money from the sales of buisness leasages
