I love you for speaking the truth Rabbi... Many Jewish Rabbis will not say the truth about Jews who are not right with HaShem and that causes doubt in people who are looking to Jewish people for the truth.
BC when you have people of high standing, standing by & condoning people who are doing bad things just because they're Jewish and saying no they're all good... it makes the people look bad an untrustworthy...,not just Jews but if anybody does that. It shows lack of integrity.
If anybody says that a person is good when it's obvious that they're not...it cast doubt in those people and their judgment bc they can't be trusted to be honest about what's really going on... That's why the truth is so important.

Had Israelis been listening or reasoning with the Torah, then Israelis would realised that they are now living in sins like the times of northern and southern kingdoms. Micah lists specific sins of both the northern and southern kingdoms. These sins include idolatry (1:7; 5:12-14); the seizure of property (2:2, 9); the failure of civil leadership (3:1-3, 9-10; 7:3), religious leadership (3:11), and prophetic leadership (3:5-7, 11); offering sacrifice without truly repenting (6:6-7); and corrupt business practices and violence (6:10-12).

Complicated things can be made easy if you had the right formula.
In this case it's the Mitzvah of loving a fellow Jew, so when the lives of all the jews regardless secular or orthodox is in danger the Rav supports the Jews & when the lives of the Orthodox is in danger then he is against the seculars, non-jews (that hate jews not Noahides) etc.
