Thank you for this very informative video. One question... Are you able to set the squelch level independently for VFO-A and VFO-B or is there just one squelch setting that applies to both VFOs? Thanks!
Been using the DB40-G for a few months now. Paired it with a Midland NMO mount and their 3db "ghost" antenna. Great reception, and I have been hitting repeaters 30 miles away so far. Getting around 35 watts out of it. Its simplicity is where it shines.
So many incorrect statements. It's not a hat switch. It's a dual encoder. Not all do you start radios use a four position rocker switch with a center button. I go on. Please don't assert yourself as an authority and spew misinformation

I believe it applies to both.
Thank you for your reviews. Will you review the new Radioddity DB40-G GMRS Mobile Radio?

Way too complicated for this old radio operator.
I hear ya. The digital modes certainly require some study!
There is not one DMR - there in Dmr Brandmeister and there is Dmr Mark
You are listing DMR networks. A DMR radio can associate with any network.
