This kinda music I listen to feel emotional when I’m almost to 30s. Sometimes it’s torture when I didn’t cry in my own mother’s funeral. It’s surreal sometimes, that I can’t recall when was last time I cried. Was hoping she’ll hang around longer.
Damn, I love how consistently good these things are. I would fall asleep listening to the second one every night for like four months, and then I switched to the third one for about two months, and now I just randomly pick one and go.
Recently I've been entranced by the sounds of the Raveonettes, Beach House, Arc De Soleil. I love the classic, surfer rock, "I'm on a beach in the sun" sound. Turns out "Dream Pop" is the genre I've been looking for!
I have been hooked on your compilations in my creative workshop for months now. You are building a soundtrack to my creative life and I thank you. The first song on the 3rd compilation must be the most beautiful short song ever written.
This genre gives me the surrreal feeling. I feel as if i am making connection with another me, who lives in an alternate dimension. That person, lives the 'perfect' cozy life in the alternate dimension and is forever happy, living in the present of happy memories.
Some really beautiful stuff here, not to mention the incredible production on much of this modern shoegaze. Especially loving Tip Top Tellix - So Beautiful Eyes. Absolutely stunning tune!

I got to talk with them a lot at least, though, and got them to sign some stuff for me. I keep in touch occasionally with them on Twitter.
