I asked him to name just five of those cities. Cities that the poster had personally visited in order to justify his claim. It is likely he has never travelled further than the boundary of his small town in America and he certainly didn't pay attention at school. The word he used to describe Russia, "dicatorshop" does not exist in the English language. The correct word is "dictatorship", and Russia is demonstrably not a dictatorship, as you pointed out to him in your previous post.
