Every time Lud goes for the llama he always rolls past a dragon. Dragon seems so good for the 4 squad challenge with llama since you basically don’t get a real 5th unit anyway. You can just keep selling the 5th unit and rolling for tier 1s.
Someone said this in the comments before but it seems it hasn't gotten to you - llama works perfectly with pets like buffalo, dog, dragon, chicken etc. because you can use the free slot for buying and selling pets
more SAP content would involve getting all the ribbons, all the secret pets such as zombie fly, and that guide you keep mentioning. Then maybe it's over o7
All ribbons sounds like it would be fun, it gives you a chance to go back and play with some fun pets that you enjoyed but may have gotten unlucky with. Doing different challenges like “winning with only tier ‘x’ pets” or “winning with only one category of pet” (like flying pets, ocean pets, farm animals etc) could be a cool idea as well
Hi Ludwig. If you’re still working on the Lvl 3 Llama, I’d recommend using dragon and Buffalo as scalers, and maybe strong deathrattle summons like a Mushroom Eagle. I’m going to use some hearthstone terms briefly to explain. The Strength and Weakness of a Llama is that you’re incentivized to run a 4 man squad. That means each of your units needs to be stronger than average, but you also get a free space. The two types of minions that need a free space are those that use “battlecries” and “deathrattles”. Battlecries are those units that need to buy a unit and then sell them. Think like Snail, Cows, and basically tier 1 pets with a dragon. You can find a pet that uses the mechanic of buying and selling other pets to scale your team. “Deathrattles” on the other hand are those pets that summon something when they die. Mushrooming an eagle or strong rooster is always a good play if you have space, but usually you don’t have the space. Running a 4 man squad gives you that space, even if they get sniped first.
I’m pretty sure a mushroomed rooster is useless late game. Mushroom revives but also sets stats to 1/1 so the summoned chicks would also be 1/1 so ig if you get an advantage from having a bunch of summons (maybe fly or something) but yeah mushroomed rooster would not make another set of high attack chicks
I’ve seen people saying this but we need lud to understand that a llama goes well with a dragon or any buy/sell team because the fifth slot is empty anyways so u can use that fifth slot as scaling
Lud, if you’re going for llama it pairs really well with things that you can buy/sell cuz of constantly having the open slot. This means dog, and buffalo (which you underrate heavily) and even things like chicken and dragon work super well due to always having an open spot to buy for buffs. Llama can be extremely good since it can buff itself, and another unit can be getting buffs as well
you could focus on getting ribbons for now but buy the time you'll be done with it theyll probably release expansion pack 2/ pay to win 2 so then youll be busy with completing those

I think it would be really interesting to see your stance on every animal and I think it would be good content for the vods channel or you can even do it live which would be even better!
Personally I watch this channel to either go to sleep or just as background noise, so nothing has to be special. All ribbons would be nice though! Just remember to have have fun :D

I think doing the ribbon, level 3 achievement would be interesting. I saw someone do the one where they could only use animals they could beat up. Have you done that yet? If not, I think it would be hilarious. A guide beginning, mid, and late game would be interesting to me because I sometimes get too attached and don’t pivot in time. You seem really strong with that. I like watching weird runs... Maybe a NO FOOD run that would be CRAZY (since best meta is food meta). Lastly I would like a video that tries every single meta in one (bacta, food meta, hedgehog/hurt meta, and summon and maybe a just stats run as a comparison)
Hey Lud, just a quick note about how you combined the mosquitoes at 13:59. You should combine onto the stronger animal first, since a combine gives a +1/+1. You could have ended up with a 6/4 instead of a 5/4.
I bet there's still more 'hidden' badges like level 3 zombie fly, level 3 chick that's the chick from rooster, level 3 zombie ram, etc. Basically anything that dies and generates a new creature probably has its own level 3 badge the way zombie cricket and zombie bee do
The reason he freezes something and doesn't use it for 4 turns is because he is hoping to add it to the team based on his rolls, but his rolls aren't good.
Honestly I'm excited for the next pay to win animals pack to come out, I think it will change the meta massively and give so many opportunities for more challenges! All ribbons is what Stanz is going for, too, and I've loved seeing him attempt the hard ones.
I think good Idea (that I saw on some channel, it got good views) is some challenge runs - something like Winning a game without rolling even once was really fun., hard as hell, but fun :D Or something easier, like using only Tier 1-2-3 units.
i know a large part of the fun of this game or games in general is having a goal and I would love to see more content. Even if you finish everything u want including all ribbons and anything else if u still enjoy the game I would gladly just watch gameplay where u just play normally. Ludwig my man, you got to learn that the mosquito sucks late game, unless you're up against a four squad Andy even a level 3 mosquito has only just above a 50% chance to hit any given pet. And since one damage is useless in the late game against everything except to melon armor and the occasional unbuffed scorpion It generally does nothing.

Then realizing you don't have 100% anymore in a few weeks with pack 3 out then ignoring the ribbon bet you made that you would get all ribbons before a date then scamming chat about the bet about getting all the ribbons.

I feel like most of the time the llama buff isn't worth running 3 squads. Unless you want to feel like you're authentically utilizing the animal and not just getting a level 3 for the achievement alone
I think you should try bat over mosquito. The bat is just better, removing any buffs the unit has already and basically doing at least 3 damage instead of one

I don't think the magic comes from achievements, I think it comes from making bad pets use their abilities and somehow win

Lama took me some time best thing to do is to use it to get it’s stats up when you can and put a 5th member when it is better then the stat boost
