If these shops will "fully occupied" then it will bring more convenience to this apartment by walking distance. Personally I felt that area is abit packed, cause it has Mizumi, Kepong Mas, Henge. I would be more prefer Fortune Centra. **Not an advise here, is just my opinion, you can take it as reference.
