Can I just say how pleasantly surprised I was by Ariana in this movie? She gave Glinda so much depth, and I am so happy that she was able to heal Ariana in a way!
I loved how I forgot it was Ariana playing her while watching! I think sometimes when such big artists are in films it really detracts from the movie because you can’t picture anything but their musician persona. I wasn’t thinking “that’s Ariana grande” at all during Wicked lol. She really was able to disappear into Galinda!
