How I made the blue pasta for Greece & Lemon pasta sauce with cod

March 25th - the National Independence Day of Greece
Blue is for Greece. For me, there is nothing more blue than Greece. Blue sky, blue sea, blue flag. I got my inspiration for this recipe and the blue photo shooting from the Greek flag.
The white and blue flag of Greece has nine stripes that represent the nine syllables of the phrase "Freedom or Death" (E-le-fthe-ri-a i Tha-na-tos in Greek), the motto of the Greek Revolution of 1821. The blue and white colors have been identified as the traditional colors of Greece: blue symbolizes the sky and the sea, white symbolizes the clouds and the waves.
March 25th is the National Independence Day of Greece. I want to dedicate this post to people who are fighting for their rights, for freedom, and to the dreamers like me who are picturing peace all over humanity.
Greeks around the world are eating Cod with Skordalia for March 25th. It is a tradition. I cooked cod, too, but I decided to cook it with my fresh pasta.
