Pain es un grupo sueco nacido en Estocolmo de industrial metal, creada por el polifacético Peter Tägtgren (más conocido por ser el vocalista de Hypocrisy).
Tägtgren le ha dado a su banda un sonido original y creativo. Es inclusive más pesado que la mayoría de las bandas de Rock/Metal industrial, como Rammstein o Nine Inch Nails.
Pain constituye una mezcla entre el peso y la agresividad del metal extremo, dando una atmósfera de la música industrial y el techno.
