She's not supposed to kill ALots, she's meant to kill the nuker. Letting Celine through the draft (or going against a Celine defense in regular arena) with a cleave team = 25% chance to outright lose the match. She's a great anti cleave unit

still with these op stats and atk buff she deals 11-14k on skill 2. plus fullskill. for common players with lower stats she cant oneshot anyone with passive. still ulti is good thing although with unstable miss buff.

I got celine on first spin and the artifact under 10 spins thank the heavens... I was gonna cry since I have no more bookmark sources
