MOODLE is the best LMS that can be used by an individual or institute. It can be configured for any subject and lot of open libraries can be added into that.

Yes, you can use zoom or RUclips within Moodle for live classes.

@@VinayakKamat yes, thats always there, irrespective of the LMS you are selecting. Live classes will be conducted by third party plugins although in moodle they are tightly integrated.
Sir I have doubt what is the difference between Moodle from Google classroom
Google classroom just make things easy, it's not a complete LMS. MOODLE is an LMS it has all the features that is required for different subjects and teachers.
