Such happy news! I had a February baby, he was my Valentine baby, we missed the day by a few hours. I wish you a smooth pregnancy and delivery. With the way things are going in this country now everyone needs to speak up and out about pregnancy, fertility, delivery and all those things that effect women's health. I'm happy to see you pod casting again, I have missed you. More sweaters added to me list, thanks a lot, lol.

Many. congratulations on your wee baby 🥰 I also had fertility problems but finally fell pregnant without intervention after some years.of trying I never expected to then fall pregnant again with my second child just 5 months after the birth of my son. My third child was a “maybe we’ll see what happens…” and it did. First time! It’s like a switch is flicked when you have the first one!
Glad you are back again and so excited for you to welcome this little one. I seldom hear of pregnancy and babies in the knitting world and it is wonderful to have you share this with us. My daughter is expecting grandson #6 in February as well. What a gift!

It has been an emotional process for her, her husband and our entire family. We are over the moon excited and truly blessed she is having a healthy pregnancy. Love your new cardigan cast on. Thank you! Yes, we have maternity leave - 4 weeks paid through my employer and the rest uses paid time off and short term disability for a total around 12 weeks.
Congratulations again! I wish women would talk more about fertility issues, because it is so much more common than people know. My sister and her husband got a miracle baby girl after 11+ years of miscarriages and heartache. My niece is almost 4 years old now, it’s unbelievable how time flies. Your knits are always so beautiful. I love Petiteknit patterns as well. Do you know of a pattern that would be good for someone who has never knit cables before? I really want to try them! ❤ I love your baby belly! My mom worked in OB. 😊 New life is wonderful and amazing.

When you mentioned not being able to find anything suitable to knit other than a cardigan during your pregnancy a pattern came to mind…Miromesnil. I think this might be a good choice for you, very adaptable, with an empire style waist that you could alter to make the size needed, sorry but all stockingnet
