I very briefly was a cutco salesman many years ago. I remember the leather strips and the pennies i cut with the knives and the pair of scissors. the guy who was above me was in his late 20s and boasted about driving a lexus because he'd sold so many sets, so i didn't care for his attitude, but they really are a great set of knives. you can send them back to their factory in olean, new york and have them sharpened for free.

Lol, I could have written this exact comment. I'm also a former 15 yaar-old Cutco salesperson. The knives are surprisingly decent. But the sales method is absolute garbage. The guy they paraded in front of us had an AC Audi TT or something like that.

This is gonna start off sounding disrespectful, but back in the 2000s, there was this Bollywood video on RUclips that was synced up to "Nyan Cat," and I was so impressed with the dancing, and also I developed a crush on the female lead... I need to watch the source movie someday.

    • @globalcitizenn

The guy in that Nyan cat video is the star of RRR.. the guy who plays Bhim. The actress is Sameera Reddy.. looks up her songs from the movie “Musafir”. The song you mentioned was from a Tollywood movie, not Bollywood. India has many movie industries from different states and languages. For another perfectly synced video check out Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble” with the father of the other guy who plays Ram in RRR

I'm glad Conan recognized the absolute size of Hindi film stars. It's still a star system. The common analogies I hear are like, "Aishwarya Rai is India's Angelina Jolie, or "Shah Rukh Khan is India's Tom Cruise." While I understand the instinct, this diminishes these stars so much. Think about how you regard vintage icons like Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, etc. THIS is how Indians look at their stars TODAY. They are bigger than royalty.

I think it’s hilarious that lieutenants getting in trouble for having classified documents at his house. That just proves how the military at the end of the day, punch out and they do literally nothing beyond their eight hour workday. The government is terrified of them trying to do paperwork at home for fear of slip and fall settlements from Papercuts lol. I’m just saying this because my dad was like the highest grade murder lawyer, in the history of mankind international kidnapping, Anything he was the goat. our home garage was an entire wall of Case files just bankers boxes stacked two rows thick covering an entire wall of the garage just basically classified information from the Deadliest, hitman, gang leader, and international kidnapping cases. The courts are Grateful for him, keeping all that paperwork at home because 30 years After a Case closes he may be called upon again to provide additional information. They don’t mind my dad having classified information at home because he’s more important than the president. Lol

But basically he did the old standby you aren’t doing well say something against white people and america and a woke or leaning woke crowd will cheer. But nice way to come to a country that lets you be there then when you aren’t that good you attack it for not appreciating your crappiness. As long as you can blame racism why ever be accountable for yourself.
