Watched this episode easily half a dozen times and just now appreciating the subtle comedic interruptions of Patrice saying “We can swim” with the second one quieter than the first and trailing off with his head down like a lil kid… so great
The first segment is what this show was about, incoherent shouting peppered with well timed insults rounded out by Bob Kelly drawing silence with a dud.

There are only like 6 of the advertisers still in business. The show and the commercials are part of nostalgia. I noticed that I wasn't skipping them while these played out at work in my earbuds.
What i love about this old school comedy shows is that it's non filter, they just go off on each other without any filter and it's funny, people used to get less ofended back then, now you gotta sugarcoat every single word because people might burn you for being "brutally honest" which is a very dumb term because the word brutal should be associated with lies, you are a brutal liar, honesty just is, you just say what you feel, and with lying you gotta think and be cautious just to get your plan right and not make the other dude know the real truth, so that's brutal if you ask me
