Barrel satchels are so comfortable, and I always overlook mine! I may just get another one during the sale .. maybe caramel or a dark brown.. Would love to see a comparison video, for sure!
A Dooney like this in leather is on my wish list, enjoy! I have one in cotton coated canvas that is just a bit bigger and I love it. I've had it for at least 10 years now (wow) and it's still a favorite. If I had to pick a bag style as a favorite, this would probably be it.

Yes, I'd love to see a video of your barrel bags. I have my Rowan, but that's the only one I have. The Rowan has surprised me in that the quality is better than I'd anticipated. Like you, I love that the zippers come down further on the bag making it easier to see inside your bag. Enjoy! Was it a comfortable carry to work today?
This is made like the Rowan(which I don’t have!) because the zipper goes down the sides. This held everything I needed for work. It’s ok crossbody, but I would need to keep it lighter for hand carry.

Their bags are so high quality and wear like iron! They last and last! In addition to that one, I have purchased a D&B hobo and a messenger style bag in their Florentine leather (which is gorgeous). I also have a cute little plaid mini dome bag that I got for my Grandma many years ago … when she passed, it came back to me. I have so much love for this brand! I would love a barrel bag comparison video. I got my bestie the larger Rowan bag for Christmas and now I really want one myself, despite owning several Speedy bags, haha! This is my favorite style! Enjoy hanging lots of charms off this one, hehe! ❤

I can't carry heavy bags anymore. Florentine bags are lighter now. I had shoulder surgery so I can't get bags over 1.5 pounds empty & I have to avoid "excessive" contents.
You consistently choose great bags - I don't recall a single one I didn't like. Super functional (I'm getting annoyed with my mini bags), good looking, classic, crossbody option, perfect color, excellent work bag - another winner!
Love that style bag, definitely one of my favs. 💙 Dooney is so underrated! It should be as popular as Coach. I think a Dooney would outlive a Coach in my opinion. 🥰

I have a Annalise (older version of the Annalisa lock) in all weather leather and the branding is debossed DB in the corner. I was gifted in around 2007. The leather is awesome but the bag is now a little heavy. I used to have the large Florentine satchel but gave her away because of the weight. Beautiful but just too heavy.
Hi Bea! 🥰. This is pebbled but not all weather leather. The all weather leather still has the duck! That’s next on my list. I have stayed away from Dooney because they have always been heavy. This one is manageable. Not too heavy and the crossbody strap is comfortable. I think all of the older bags were a lot heavier. I know I could never do the large Florentine! They are solid!
