On april 22 2014 a pan am flight was flying when a c-17 flight came super close to them, pan am’s pilot tried to talk to the c-17’s pilot but ehe was unconscious which made the plane loose control and hit the pan am flight

4 minimum (pilot, copilot, two flight engineers)
8 when augmented (Aircraft Commander, 2 First Pilots, 2 Flight Engineers, 3 Loadmasters)
